Innovate’ is how we apply our deep expertise to solve real construction problems in most novel and advanced way. This includes usage of newer construction technology, construction methodology, construction materials.

Few innovations executed by the team are:

Using new tools to maintain building dimensions
Modifying terrace tiles to suit end-users
Beautifying service areas with tile cut pieces
Using diamond rope-cutting to remove rocks quietly
Placing window grills inside frames for easy removal
Providing anti-fungal tiles in toilets
Preserving water-proofing with protection boards
Enhancing utility areas with diagonal flooring
Improving drainage with special tile grooves near floor traps
Improving aesthetics with flush ventilators in toilets
Planning phased excavation to protect surroundings in case of already existing buildings
Planning for all construction without plastering and grinding by optimal usage of quality form work system and concrete technology
